About the role
We are recruiting two roles with distinct focus areas:
Service Modernisation (Operations & Systems)
- Lead operational performance improvement and service redesign
- Map and streamline processes and develop consistent procedures
- Support IT configuration and system improvements
- Embed new ways of working across the service
- Lead procurement and mobilisation of key contracts
- Develop services for single homelessness, rough sleeping and youth pathways
- Work with partners to strengthen provision and outcomes
- Ensure value for money and effective delivery
- Drive delivery of modernisation and MTFS workstreams
- Work closely with operational teams and senior leaders
- Use data and insight to identify risks and improvements
- Deliver change at pace in a high-demand environment
These roles will shape how the service works.
You will:

- Support cost control and MTFS delivery
