Salary range: D4-D6 - £25,185-£25,989 FTE

Actual Salary: £15,688 - £16,188 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Part-time

Working hours: 27.5 hours per week, working 38 weeks per year (term time, excluding TD days)

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 12noon plus 1.00pm to 3.00pm

MDSA

Salary: B3 £24,796 FTE

Actual Salary:£1404 per annum

Contract: Permanent, Part-time

Working hours: 2.5hours per week, working 38 weeks per year (term time, excluding TD days)

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 12noon to 12.30pm

Both roles are interlinked so if you resign from one, you will need to resign from the other one simultaneously.

Job summary:

We are seeking to appoint a committed and flexible individual to a linked role as a Teaching Assistant and Midday Supervisory Assistant. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and liaison skills and will work closely with the class teacher and wider team to provide high-quality support across the classroom.

In addition, the role includes responsibilities as an MDSA, supporting children during lunchtime in both the dining hall and on the playground to help ensure a safe and positive environment.

The successful candidate will be a team player, able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff, and will receive close support and guidance from teachers and colleagues.

Our School

Ivy Lane School is a two-form entry Primary School in the centre of Chippenham, Wiltshire and is part of the Pickwick Academy Trust. We also have our on-site Sunflowers Nursery which accepts children from the age of 3 years old.
