The Role

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with their learning and development
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to support pupil progress
• Use your understanding of child development and learning strategies in the classroom
• Support pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
• Help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
• Build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and families
• Support classroom routines and positive behaviour management

• A genuine desire to help children achieve their potential

No formal Teaching Assistant qualification is required — your degree and classroom experience provide a fantastic foundation.
