The Role

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with their learning and development
• Deliver engaging 1:1 and small group interventions
• Use creative approaches to support learning, communication, and confidence
• Help children develop socially, emotionally, and academically
• Support pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring classroom environment

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants who have:

• A degree in a creative subject, including Drama, Performing Arts, Fine Art, Music, Media, Graphic Design, Photography, Fashion, Creative Writing, or similar
• Experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
• A positive, energetic, and caring attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed

No previous Teaching Assistant qualification is required—just enthusiasm, creativity, and a desire to make a positive impact.
