Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 5pm Fri: 8.30am – 4pm

Salary: Up to £27k

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing supplier within the plumbing and bathroom industry for an Internal Sales Administrator to join their busy sales office in Lisburn.

Role:

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Prepare and process sales quotations and customer orders.
• Make outbound sales calls to promote existing and new product ranges.
• Manage stock availability queries, recommend suitable alternatives, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Provide day-to-day support to the external sales team.
• Handle pricing, invoice, and after-sales enquiries professionally.
• Supply customers with proof of delivery documentation and copy invoices when required.
• Produce sales reports and assist with sales analysis.
• Represent the business at trade shows and industry events when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a sales and customer service role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
