Temporary Receptionist (full or part time)

Do you have excellent customer service? Experience working on Reception or in a FOH / Administration role? 

Element Recruitment are working with an event company in Bristol to support them in finding a Temporary Receptionist until Christmas. You'll support on taking bookings for events and meeting spaces, set up rooms and help the wider team. This is a lovely role working in a fantastic office space, with an equally nice team. You will need to commit to working until December. 

• Paying £13.55 per hour
• Fully office based
• 5 months (until Christmas)
• Working 8am - 4pm (can be an earlier finish at 2/3 if you would rather part time hours)

Duties include:

• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, providing a warm and friendly environment
• Setting up the event space and meeting roms
• Answering queries over the phone
• Assist the wider team

You will need:

• Excellent customer service skills and ideally have worked as a Receptionist
• Be a team player
• Excellent attention to detail
