Role



As an NEC Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exciting projects, from inception to completion, with a hands-on approach throughout the project life cycle. The Project Manager services you will provide include:



Pre-construction
Programme management
Client-side project management
Contract administration
Risk management
Stakeholder engagement and management
Post contract management




Person



The suitable candidate for the NEC Project Manager role in Sheffield must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding and experience of construction project delivery, having managed and delivered own projects with minimal supervision.



Hold a construction related degree
Excellent communication skills
NEC4 ECC qualified
The ability to manage relationships effectively
Proactive approach to achieving results
Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude




Remuneration
