As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for site-based delivery across the East Midlands.

Role

As Contracts Manager working across the East Midlands, you will have full responsibility for managing multiple projects, from inception through to completion. You'll collaborate with site teams and senior stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient and quality delivery, whilst upholding the client’s integrity and standards of transparency.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning and delivery of brickwork and blockwork projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements
Manage contracts with house builders, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring adherence to agreed terms
Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors and stakeholders to keep projects on track
Monitor budgets and schedules, implementing adjustments as needed to meet targets
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all sites
Maintain clear and transparent communication with senior management and clients via regular progress updates
Build and sustain relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers based on trust and reliability
Support continuous improvement in company processes around safety, quality and project efficiencies

We're looking for candidates who bring:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, either at Contracts Manager or Site/Project Manager level
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety legislation and contract management
Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
Capability to oversee and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
Competency in using digital tools to support programme and quality governance
Valid CSCS card and ideally SMSTS certification
A full UK driving licence
