Site Reliability Engineer Team Lead - 6826

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Reliability Engineer Team Lead to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our cloud-based infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain robust systems that can handle high volumes of traffic while maintaining optimal uptime. Your leadership will be key in driving best practices in operational excellence, incident management, and continuous improvement.

As the Site Reliability Engineer Team Lead, you will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages growth and knowledge sharing. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing monitoring solutions, automating processes, and managing incidents effectively. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining service level objectives (SLOs), leading post-mortems for incidents, and ensuring that the team is equipped with the right tools and resources to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role.
