Role
As Commercial Director, you will lead and shape the commercial function within the Southern Division. • Resolve commercial and contractual issues through contract negotiation or formal dispute resolution (adjudication, arbitration, mediation)
• Lead pre-contract negotiations and finalise construction contracts using JCT contracts and NEC frameworks
• Recruit, develop, and manage commercial staff, including appraisals and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with construction contract frameworks and procurement processes

Person
