Role

As a Building Surveyor based in Leeds, you will:

Support senior team members in project delivery from inception to completion
Lead building surveying services and coordinate in-house multi-disciplinary design teams
Manage client relationships and expectations
Conduct technical reviews to ensure service quality standards
Apply technical expertise across varied construction projects
Operate proactively across both project and professional led services

The successful applicant for this Building Surveyor position in Leeds will demonstrate:

3+ years of relevant building surveying experience within a construction consultancy environment
A building surveying degree or equivalent qualification
Progress toward MRICS Chartership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
A proactive, positive attitude with confidence communicating at all levels
Strong organisational skills managing workloads with appropriate supervision
Technical building surveying knowledge across multiple disciplines
Analytical thinking with the ability to produce thorough, professional reports
Remuneration
