About the role
Fantastic opportunity to join our thriving, long established Dukinfield client. Based in their open plan office, you will be part of their friendly Customer Service/Sales Admin team, proudly providing a first-class customer experience.
Some duties will include:
- Liaising with customers over telephone, email and website
- Taking orders and processing through to delivery
- Dealing with any queries that arise, in a professional and timely manner
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure product availability
- Providing an excellent after-sales customer service
The ideal candidate will have worked in a Sales Orders/Customer Service type role previously; manufacturing sector would be advantageous. Sage experience would also be preferable.
What else you need to know:
- Hours are full time, Monday to Friday with an early finish each Friday.
- 20 days holidays plus 8 bank holidays
- Free parking in site
- Communal kitchen area
