📍 Location: Edinburgh North East (Fully Office-based)
🕒Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
💷Pay Rate: £14.51 per hour
📅Duration: Temporary 6 months (with potential extension)

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
- Investigating and processing utility bills and payment requests
- Maintaining accurate records and updating spreadsheets
- Contacting customers and suppliers via email and telephone
- Carrying out welfare checks and supporting appointment bookings
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Can quickly learn new processes and systems
- Are proactive and able to manage your own workload
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Have previous administrative experience
