Atkins Search are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a market leading, specialist Construction Main Contractor based in North Yorkshire.

Please note that the successful candidate for this role can be based anywhere across the Midlands as there is a high degree of hybrid working.

Client

My client is a specialist construction company specialising in delivering high-quality construction and refurbishment projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, restoration, and retail across the UK.

Role

Assisting in delivering projects across both Public and Private sectors
Preparing tender and contract documents
Ensuring internal governance is adhered to
Assisting in the management and delivery of construction projects
Assisting in the development of works and resource management
Controlling project costs
Managing project risk
Facilitating project progress meetings with the project team
Implementing change control management
Client and Stakeholder liaison
Supporting senior staff in delivering business objectives
Person

Hold a full UK driving license
Willing to travel on a national basis
Hold a basic DBS Check or be able/willing to pass one
Enthusiastic
Motivated and Driven
Have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
Ideally have experience within a Construction Main Contractor (Consultancy experience will also be considered)
