£25,000 - £30,000 + Uncapped Commission 
Location – Edgbaston, Birmingham

The Graduate Network is looking to add a graduate trainee recruitment consultant to the Birmingham team to support schools across the West Midlands. As a graduate trainee recruitment consultant you will learn the ropes of recruitment, develop your communication skills and build lasting relationships with schools and candidates. Now, this is a sales role which means you need to be a confident communicator who is driven by achieving results and solving problems. 

You will thrive in this role if you:

• Have a passion for problem-solving and giving back to the community.
• Love a challenge, are competitive and are financially motivated, this is essential for a sales role.
