JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: NQ-4 years PQE

THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for an upcoming Solicitor to join a well-respected legal firm in the historic city of Cambridge. While at this law firm you will be conducting work for the property litigation team who act on a broad range of clients, including private individuals, landlords, tenants, and larger organisations. When working with these clients you will be advising on contentious residential and mixed-use property matters, with a focus on disputes arising from the occupation, use and management of housing. This team prides itself on its collaborative and supportive culture, you can expect the team to help support you in achieving your career goals and aspirations.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from NQ-4 years PQE solicitors, the successful Property Litigation Solicitor will have experience of housing management-related work, including residential landlord and tenant matters, and an interest in advising clients on the practical and legal issues arising from the management of housing. You should also be able to identify the legal principles relevant to housing and property disputes and apply them appropriately to your work. Ideal Property Litigation Solicitors will have completed at least one seat within property litigation (housing) during their training contract.
