Role

Our client is looking to bring in an experienced Site Manager to work as a part of their existing construction team. You will be working on various construction projects alongside the Project Manager and given all the necessary tools to build a long-term and successful career to progress to Project Management level.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion
Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and satisfaction
Hold regular communication with the design and commercial team
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management
Person

Current or previous roles as a Site Manager on behalf of a construction main contractor
Commercial and design knowledge/capabilities
Strong person management and delegation skills
Effective communication and listening skills
A good understanding of the building regulations, local authority agreements
Previous experience working within the commercial construction industry on new build and refurbishment schemes
Ability to organise and prioritise your workload
Works effectively to deadlines and competently works on multiple tasks simultaneously
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
