Role

As a Building Surveyor based in Sheffield, your role will include:

Supporting senior surveyors with the delivery of building surveying services
Leading smaller-scale projects independently
Coordinating with in-house multi-disciplinary design teams
Providing technical reviews and quality control
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Ensuring project timelines, budgets, and standards are met

To be successful in this Building Surveyor role in Sheffield, you should have:

Relevant experience in a building surveying construction consultancy environment
A Building Surveying degree (or equivalent qualification)
Working towards MRICS chartership (or recently chartered)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
A proactive and professional approach
All-rounded technical building surveying knowledge
Ability to produce clear, high-quality reports with logical recommendations
