Atkins Search is recruiting an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join an innovative and established Construction Consultancy based in Central Leicester. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse projects across multiple industry sectors, including fulfilling Employer’s Agent responsibilities.

Based in Leicester, they are a reputable Construction Consultancy with highly experienced teams working on a wide variety of public sector, residential, educational, industrial, and wider real estate schemes as part of a multi-disciplinary practice.

ROLE

As a Quantity Surveyor working for a Leicester based Construction Consultancy, your key responsibilities will include:

Acting as Employer’s Agent on various projects.
Providing comprehensive cost management services from inception to completion.
Conducting cost planning, value engineering, and tender management.
Managing financial reporting, budgeting, and valuations.
Implementing change control and development cash flow forecasting.
PERSON

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have:

RICS accreditation (MRICS) or be working towards chartered status.
Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
A professional, collaborative, and team-focused mindset.
Experience in autonomously delivering projects.
Ability to manage their own workload effectively.
Prior experience working for a Construction Consultancy.
RENUMERATION

In return, the Quantity Surveyor will receive:
