​Atkins Search are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a market leading, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy based in Leeds.

Please note - if you're an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager, you will also be considered for this role!

Role

As Project Manager you will have the option to work across a variety of sectors, including healthcare, residential, retail, education, leisure, mixed-use developments, industrial/logistics, commercial etc. This role will offer you the opportunity to become an integral part of a highly reputable construction consultancy, creating positive impacts whilst operating across a wide variety of exciting projects.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Pre-construction
Programme management
Client-side project management
Contract administration
Risk management
Stakeholder engagement and management
Employers agent
Post contract management
Close liaison with Clients and Contractors
Undertake a proactive approach with projects, clients (building and maintaining relationships)
Person

To be successful in application for this Project Manager role, you must...

Hold a construction related degree
Project Management role experience (consultancy desired)
Excellent communication skills
The ability to manage relationship effectively
Proactive approach to achieving results
