Business Analyst (Process-Focused) – Leeds or Hull (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week) – Up to £55,000 + benefits

We’re working with a growing organisation looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on improving and shaping business processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, working closely with stakeholders, and turning ideas into clear, structured requirements.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and supporting business process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE)
• Facilitating workshops to gather and refine requirements
• Producing high-quality functional and technical specifications
• Working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and opportunities
• Supporting delivery teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into solutions
• Driving continuous improvement and identifying efficiencies across processes

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business processes
• Solid skills in process mapping tools and techniques
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and specifications
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A structured, analytical mindset with attention to detail

Nice to have (but not essential)

• Experience working with Salesforce
• Exposure in data-driven projects
