About the role
A Senior Business Analyst is required to work on an exciting IT customer finance account management implementation.
You will have extensive business systems analysis experience, gained within a large finance/financial services/banking, E-commerce/retail/online/Digital/Web/b2C environment and have worked on systems implementations, migrations.
You will have good knowledge of API design, data mapping and data migration experience.
You will have excellent stakeholder management, 3rd party supplier management, communication skills with good knowledge of Agile (working in delivery squads), Jira and Confluence.
The role will involve working on the migration, implementation of a new IT customer finance account management system, liaising with the business, stakeholders, 3rd parties, gathering requirements, producing functional specifications, conducting workshops, dealing with the systems analysis, data modelling, data mapping, liaising with the technical teams through the full lifecycle to UAT. Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
The role will require 2 days a week on site.
