Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, responding to incidents, and maintaining a secure environment. You will work closely with local law enforcement and emergency services, providing detailed reports on any unusual occurrences while also enforcing company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include conducting regular security patrols, monitoring surveillance equipment, and controlling access points to the facility. The successful candidate will also be tasked with responding to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with emergency services as necessary, and providing assistance during evacuations. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents, as well as participate in training sessions to stay updated on security protocols. Strong communication skills and a customer-service oriented approach are essential, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of individuals daily.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in security or law enforcement preferred. A valid security license is required, along with CPR and first aid certification. We are looking for someone who is physically fit, able to stand for extended periods, and comfortable working various shifts, including nights and weekends.
