Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operational Excellence Manager to join our team and lead our continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies and developing strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall quality across our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, streamline processes, and foster a culture of operational excellence. Your expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies will be essential in driving sustainable change and achieving measurable results.

As the Operational Excellence Manager, your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments of current operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing comprehensive plans to address these gaps. You will lead training sessions to educate employees on Lean principles and process improvement techniques, ensuring buy-in and engagement at all levels. Additionally, you will track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of implemented initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for further enhancements. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in operational excellence or process improvement roles. A certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or operational management is highly preferred.
