Shift Multi Skilled Engineer - HVAC Engineer Bias

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shift Multi Skilled Engineer with a strong bias towards HVAC systems to join our dynamic facilities management team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of all HVAC systems within our facilities. You will carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and fault diagnosis on a variety of HVAC equipment, including chillers, boilers, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring minimal downtime of critical systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a recognized HVAC qualification and have a proven track record in maintenance and repair of HVAC systems. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be available to work on a shift basis, including weekends and holidays. Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, managing stock levels of spare parts, and assisting in the development of maintenance strategies to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
