Relief Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Relief Retail Security Officer to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a visible presence on the premises, deterring theft and vandalism, and providing excellent customer service. Your main duties will include monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting regular patrols of the store, and responding promptly to incidents or emergencies. You will also be required to assist in the investigation of thefts or suspicious activities, prepare incident reports, and liaise with law enforcement when necessary.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong observational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in retail security or a similar role is preferred, along with a valid security license. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with customers and staff regularly. Flexibility in working hours is important, as you will be covering shifts as needed.
