With a strong focus on engineering excellence, continuous innovation and modern software delivery practices, they help organisations transform complex challenges into high-performing digital products and services.Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented Quality Automation Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team focused on improving software quality, delivery efficiency and customer outcomes.Working within agile, multidisciplinary teams, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing modern test automation strategies, building scalable automation frameworks and embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle.This position combines hands-on technical delivery with the opportunity to influence quality best practices, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and help drive continuous improvement across complex digital environments.You'll work on a diverse range of projects, leveraging modern automation tooling, AI-assisted engineering capabilities and cloud-based technologies to deliver high-quality solutions at scale.What They're Looking ForDemonstrable experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation or Software Testing roles.Strong understanding of automated testing principles and modern quality engineering practices.Hands-on coding experience using at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks and test suites.Exposure to modern automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar technologies.Knowledge of AI-assisted development and quality engineering approaches, including tools such as GitHub Copilot or comparable solutions.Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software delivery environments would be advantageous.Comfortable working within Agile delivery teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing engineering team and play a key role in delivering high-quality digital solutions.
