Cost & Productivity Manager (TMT)UK Wide (Hybrid)£60,000-£78,000 + package I'm working with a global consulting firm that's continuing to grow its Enterprise Operations Transformation practice and is looking to hire experienced Cost & Productivity Managers to support major Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) clients.This is an opportunity to work with some of the UK's leading software, media and technology organisations, helping them deliver large-scale cost optimisation, operational transformation and productivity improvement programmes. You'll work directly with senior client stakeholders to solve complex commercial challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes.The RoleYou'll lead workstreams across high-profile transformation programmes, combining financial analysis, stakeholder management and operational delivery to help clients improve performance and reduce costs.You'll be involved in:Delivering cost optimisation and productivity improvement programmes across Technology, Media and Telecommunications clientsIdentifying cost reduction opportunities through financial analysis, benchmarking and business case developmentWorking across areas including cloud, software licensing, engineering, product, marketing, procurement and corporate functionsManaging senior client stakeholders and supporting the delivery of complex transformation programmesLeading project teams, coaching junior consultants and overseeing successful project deliverySupporting business development, proposal creation and client growth activitiesWhat They're Looking For6+ years' experience delivering cost optimisation, operational transformation or financial turnaround programmesExperience within Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Software or SaaS organisationsStrong financial analysis skills with advanced Excel capabilityExperience developing business cases, financial models and executive-level presentationsExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior client leadershipPrevious consulting experience or experience delivering large-scale transformation programmesStrong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for operational improvementThe Package: £60,000 - £75,000Bonus Car Allowance Pension To hear more, get in touch with Connor Smyth at Anson McCade.
