Commercial Plumber

Roughley, Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield B75 5UH, UK TXM Recruit TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation based in Birmingham. They are looking for experienced Commercial Plumbers to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on long-term commercial plumbing installation contracts. The work is all commercial and industrial, with most being plumbing and pipe fitting installation. Sporadic maintenance jobs form time to time. Please note: This position will require working away, across the UK. Mileage allowance, digs, and food allowance will be provided. MAIN DUTIES Installation of mechanical plumbing and heating components. Some HVAC work. Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests. To ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards. Keep the customer up to date with progress and plans. Undertake all work efficiently and cost effectively, minimising non-productive time wherever possible and reporting any difficulties encountered to the Resource Controller and /or Supervisor.Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per day. Pay: £230 per day (CIS). Van required. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NVQ level 2-3 in plumbing or equivalent HVAC experience required (preferred) Gas tickets (preferred).
