Your key responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently carry out HGV shunting duties within the site yard
• Occasionally transport goods on the road with a maximum of 3-5 drop-offs per day
• Perform thorough vehicle safety checks before and after shifts to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with the logistics team to maintain smooth yard operations
• Adhere strictly to health and safety policies and driving regulations at all times
• Report any vehicle faults or incidents promptly to management
• Maintain accurate records and delivery documentation as required

What we’re looking for:

• Valid HGV Class 1 licence with a clean driving record
• Proven experience in shunting and multi-drop driving roles
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong focus on safety and compliance in all duties
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
• Flexible approach to working primarily in Oxford, with occasional local travel
