Senior Commercial Agent

A well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Commercial Property Agent to join their Northampton office and lead the growth of their commercial agency presence across Kettering and the wider Northamptonshire market.

The successful Senior Commercial Property Agent will inherit an active portfolio of instructions, established client relationships and immediate fee-earning opportunities. This is an excellent position for a commercially driven Senior Commercial Property Agent who enjoys autonomy, business development and the opportunity to shape a growing regional service.

The Senior Commercial Property Agent’s Role

The Senior Commercial Property Agent will manage a varied portfolio of retail, office, industrial and mixed-use property instructions. Working with minimal supervision, the Senior Commercial Property Agent will provide professional advice to landlords, tenants, investors and developers.

A key focus for the Senior Commercial Property Agent will be generating new business through networking, prospecting and developing strong relationships across the local commercial property market.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing commercial disposals, acquisitions and lettings
• Undertaking valuations and lease advisory instructions
• Developing existing client relationships and securing new instructions
• Identifying higher-value assets and more complex transactions
• Conducting viewings, negotiations and client meetings
• Maintaining accurate records, reports and opportunity pipelines
• Representing the consultancy at professional and local business events

The Senior Commercial Property Agent

The successful Senior Commercial Property Agent will be a confident self-starter with proven experience in Senior Commercial Property Agent. They should be commercially astute, comfortable managing transactions independently and able to demonstrate a successful record of winning new instructions.

• MRICS qualification is Preferable
• Relevant RICS-accredited property degree or equivalent qualification
• Commercial property agency experience
• Strong negotiation and business development skills
• Knowledge of the East Midlands property market is desirable
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
