Groundworker

Our client, a leading provider in the water industry, is seeking a dedicated Groundworker to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role supports the civils and drainage teams across essential infrastructure projects, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with site preparation, including unloading and organising materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist teams working on drainage systems, including repair or installation tasks where trained.
• Support operatives with digging trenches, drainage tasks, and general groundwork.
• Operate basic machinery and hand tools as required (training provided where needed).

Job Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and the physical capability to undertake manual, outdoor tasks.
• Awareness of health & safety practices and willingness to uphold safety standards.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Desirable:
  • CSCS card
  • Streetworks (NRSWA)
  • Driving licence
  • Experience in drainage, civils, or groundworks environments
