About the role
- An exciting opportunity for the above to join a multi-disciplinary property development, design and project management consultancy team working on a wide range of exciting building projects in commercial domestic , educational and leisure settings.

- We are looking for the ideal candidate to provide professional quantity surveying services within our commercial , domestic, educational and leisure projects.
- As a quantity surveyor the successful candidate will carry out, feasibility studies for clients, contract administration including the preparation of contracts (JCT/NEC4), monthly valuations, final account preparation and change control where required.
- There is also opportunities to project manage schemes where appropriate.
