SENIOR DOOR SUPERVISOR

A Senior Door Supervisor oversees Door Supervisors on shift and acts as the first point of contact for security-related matters. They support venue management, coordinate security operations, and ensure all staff follow company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
•Supervise Door Supervisors during shifts.
•Allocate positions and duties.
•Conduct team briefings and debriefings.
•Handle escalated incidents.
•Ensure compliance with venue policies.
•Complete incident reports and security documentation.
•Liaise with venue managers and emergency services.
•Mentor and support junior security staff.

Essential Requirements
•Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
•Previous Door Supervisor experience.
•Leadership and supervisory skills.
•Strong conflict management abilities.

Excellent communication skills.

Desirable Requirements
•First Aid Qualification.
•CCTV Licence.
•Team leadership experience.
