The Role: We are seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to: • Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs). • Support pupils one-to-one or in small groups, fostering learning and independence. • Assist with classroom management and create a calm, supportive environment. • Prepare tailored resources and support communication and social skills development. • Build meaningful relationships with students, staff, therapists, and families. What You Bring: • Experience working with young people in SEN settings-or a strong passion for special education. • Patience, empathy, flexibility, and strong communication skills. • A collaborative mindset and readiness to contribute to a supportive, inclusive team. • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one). YOU MUST BE A DRIVER Term Time Teachers are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, therefore all applicants will be subject to a full face-to-face registration and an Enhanced DBS (Formerly known as CRB)
