The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher. • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment. • Support students to remain engaged with their learning. • Record attendance and provide feedback to teaching staff. • Build positive relationships with students and school staff. No planning or marking is required. What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from candidates who have: • Experience working with secondary-aged children or young people. • Strong communication and classroom management skills. • Confidence leading a classroom independently. • A flexible and positive attitude. • A passion for education. Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor is desirable but not essential.
