Static Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer, will be responsible for: • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on plumbing, ventilation (AHUs, extract/intake), heating and cooling systems (FCUs, thermal wheels), and water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters) • Identify and report defects, ensuring all documentation, inspection reports and remedial logs are completed accurately and on time • Respond to client queries and deliver a high standard of customer service at all times • Work safely in line with Health & Safety regulations, Permit to Work and safe systems of work, including tasks at height • Build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative team environment To be successful for this Mechanical Engineer role you must have: • Experience working in maintenance or facilities management environments • Relevant mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent) • Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices • Comfortable using IT systems and mobile devices for reporting and workflows If you feel you have the necessary skills set and experience to perform this Mechanical Engineer role, and you are interested in an opportunity offering unparalleled career development, please apply now.
