About the role

Falcon Green is partnering with a leading international Tier 1 main contractor renowned for delivering complex, large-scale life sciences and mission-critical projects across Europe and beyond. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced QA Manager for data centre projects based in mainland Europe. As a QA Manager, you will work closely with site teams and the client to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of the project—from initial stages to final handover. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a similar role, with experience overseeing large-scale mechanical and electrical packages. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will benefit from a living away from home allowance, return flights, accommodation, and other associated perks. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function across projects, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards • Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and frameworks to drive continuous improvement • Oversee audits, inspections, and quality control processes, ensuring consistent execution across teams • Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact for all quality-related matters • Provide leadership, guidance, and development to QA teams and wider project stakeholders • Ensure all documentation, certification, and handover requirements are completed to the highest standard • Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions across projects • Report on quality performance metrics to senior leadership Requirements: • Proven experience in a senior QA or QA management role, ideally within data centre or M&E environments • Strong leadership and team management experience • In-depth knowledge of QA/QC standards, compliance frameworks, and audit processes • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to operate strategically while maintaining attention to detail • Relevant degree or professional certification • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems Interested candidates are invited to send their CV.
