Mobile Security Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mobile Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of mobile units, ensuring the safety and protection of our personnel, assets, and facilities. You will lead a team of security professionals, monitor security protocols, and respond promptly to incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role. A degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or PSP (Physical Security Professional). Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be required to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations. Proficiency in security technology and systems, including mobile surveillance equipment and access control systems, is also a key requirement.
