Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of various outdoor spaces, including parks, gardens, and commercial properties. Your primary duties will involve mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and ensuring that all grounds are kept clean and free of debris. You will also be required to operate a variety of landscaping equipment and tools, such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers, while adhering to safety regulations and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of horticulture and landscape maintenance techniques. You should possess physical stamina, the ability to work in various weather conditions, and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, excellent time management skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is highly desirable, along with a valid driver's license.
