Graduate Research Associate – London – Hybrid – £30k-£35k

As a Graduate Research Associate, you will support the delivery of senior-level appointments for a wide range of organisations. This is a core role within the business, offering early responsibility, exposure to senior stakeholders and excellent development.

You will begin working across different sectors and projects in the Fintech space, giving you a broad understanding of how organisations operate and how senior leaders are appointed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Researching organisations and markets to identify potential candidates for leadership roles
• Mapping senior-level talent and producing candidate longlists
• Speaking with and interviewing senior professionals to assess suitability and motivation
• Supporting Consultants and senior colleagues throughout live projects
• Gaining insight into leadership trends, governance and organisational challenges
• Managing multiple projects at once and adapting quickly to new subject areas

About You

This role would suit a graduate who is curious, motivated and interested in people, leadership and research.

You’ll ideally have:

• A 2:1 degree or equivalent (all disciplines considered)
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Evidence of initiative through part-time work, societies, volunteering or similar
