Finishing Foreman

Location: Chipping Norton
Rate: £250 a day
Start: 3rd August 

We are working with a well-established principal contractor, renowned for delivering high-end residential and commercial construction projects across the Cotswolds. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to appoint an experiencedFinishing Foreman on a 3-month temporary contract to support the successful completion of a prestigious project. The company is known for its exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail and premium quality finishes.

The Role

As Finishing Foreman, you'll take responsibility for the final stages of the project, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standards before handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all finishing trades on site.

• Snagging and de-snagging properties to an exceptional standard.

• Coordinating subcontractors to meet programme deadlines.

• Maintaining high standards of health & safety.

• Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring all finishes meet client expectations.

• Liaising with the Site Manager and project team to ensure a smooth handover.

• Resolving site issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman or Finishing Manager.

• Background working on high-end residential, luxury homes or premium commercial projects.

• Excellent eye for detail and quality.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS.

• CSCS Card.

• First Aid at Work (desirable).
