Key Responsibilities

As a Waiter, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent guest experiences by:

• Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Presenting menus, explaining specials, and answering questions
• Taking accurate food and drink orders
• Serving meals and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Checking guest satisfaction throughout service
• Processing payments accurately
• Clearing and resetting tables promptly
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Following all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
