Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive | 5+ PQE | Worcestershire | Salary Competitive DOE

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Worcestershire law firm, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, 5+ years' PQE, to join its successful and growing Private Client team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious private client lawyer to join a firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice and exceptional client service across Worcestershire and the surrounding areas.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload, advising clients on a broad range of matters including:
• Wills and estate planning
• Trust creation and administration
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Elderly client matters and future planning
• Asset protection and wealth preservation

The firm prides itself on offering expert, practical advice tailored to each client's individual circumstances, maintaining the highest professional standards at all times.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and a solid background in private client work.

The ideal candidate will possess:
• At least 5 years' experience handling a broad private client caseload independently
• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Trusts, Probate and Inheritance Tax matters
• Excellent client care and relationship management skills
• A compassionate and professional approach when dealing with sensitive matters
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A proactive attitude towards business development and networking
• STEP qualification or progress towards STEP would be advantageous, though not essential
