Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Plasterer to carry out high-quality plastering and general maintenance works within occupied residential properties. The successful candidate will ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out all aspects of plastering, including patch repairs, skimming, and finishing works.
• Complete high-quality repairs to walls and ceilings in occupied properties.
• Undertake general multi-trade maintenance tasks where required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment, protecting customers’ homes while carrying out repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service, communicating professionally with tenants and residents.
• Use a tablet to receive work instructions, update completed works, and order materials as required.
• Complete work orders accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Report any additional repair requirements or health and safety concerns identified during works.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a Plasterer or Multi-Skilled Plasterer.
• Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, including patch repairs, skimming, and finishing.
• Experience carrying out general multi-trade repairs.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Competent in using a tablet or handheld device to complete work orders and order materials.

• Own tools.
• Own transport.
• Experience working within occupied residential or social housing properties.
