The job: set within a stunning 4-star resort in Perthshire, deliver luxurious spa treatments in a beautiful setting, with accommodation available. 

The person: a qualified and experienced Spa Therapist with a passion for promoting wellbeing, providing exceptional customer service, working with certified organic brands, and creating relaxing, memorable experiences as part of a friendly hospitality team.

Responsibilities in your new role as a Spa Therapist

As a Spa Therapist, you'll create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for every guest. Key responsibilities include: 

• Delivering a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies 
• Providing excellent customer service and personalised consultations 
• Recommending spa products and treatments to guests 
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene 
• Preparing treatment rooms and equipment 
• Following all health, safety, and spa procedures 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

You'll be a qualified spa therapist, passionate about delivering exceptional spa experiences and providing outstanding customer service. You ideally have:

• An NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Massage and/or Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) 
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills 
• A friendly, professional, and well-presented approach
• Basic computer skills 
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts 
• Previous retail or sales experience (preferred) 
• Knowledge or training with Ishga products (advantageous but not essential)
