About the Primary Teacher Role
As an EYFS & KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons that inspire young learners and support strong educational foundations.

- Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm
- Contract Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Key Responsibilities of the EYFS & KS1 Teacher
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS and Key Stage 1
- Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment
- Support pupils of all learning abilities to achieve strong progress
- Assess and monitor pupil development effectively
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning atmosphere
Requirements for This Primary Teaching Job
To be considered for this Primary Teacher position in Birmingham, you must have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
- Experience teaching in EYFS and/or KS1
- Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and KS1 Curriculum
- Excellent classroom management skills
- A creative, enthusiastic, and flexible teaching approach
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners
