We’re hiring multiple Senior Business Analysts (Senior Consultants) to join a high-performing team delivering strategic change across a range of industries.What you’ll have the opportunity to do as a Senior Business Analyst·    Supporting large-scale business and transformation programmes across a variety of client engagements·   Working closely with stakeholders to gather, define and translate business requirements into actionable solutions· Conducting detailed AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement·  Facilitating workshops and interviews to drive alignment across business and technical teams·  Producing high-quality documentation including functional specs, user stories, and process flows·  Supporting delivery across the full project lifecycle, including UAT and change initiatives·  Contributing to proposals, RFPs, and wider consulting activitiesAbout the CandidateThe right Senior Business Analyst should have:·    5+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally within a consulting environment·   Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across business and technology teams· Proven experience working across transformation or change programmes·   Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies What’s in it for you? ·      Salary from £50,000- £65,000 ·       Bonus·      Travel Allowance·     Hybrid working·     Comprehensive benefits package To hear more about the Senior Business Analyst opportunityContact Daire McIlhatton at [email removed]
