Site Manager – Temporary School Project – Rainham, Kent IMPORTANT: Please only apply if you already hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate. This is an essential requirement for the role. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a temporary position working on a school project in Rainham, Kent. The role is expected to run until September. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards while working within a school environment. Requirements • Valid Enhanced DBS certificate – ESSENTIAL (please do not apply without this) • Previous experience working as a Site Manager within construction. • Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures. • Ability to manage subcontractors and site activities. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS/CSCS preferred). Duties • Oversee daily site operations. • Manage contractors and site teams. • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. • Maintain site records and reports. • Liaise with project teams, clients, and school representatives.
