An exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or aspiring content professional to join a growing marketing team in a creative and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for writing, digital content, social media, and online communities who is looking to build a career within content marketing and communications.

The successful candidate will support the creation of engaging online content across blogs, websites, and social platforms while learning how to develop content that connects with audiences and supports wider digital campaigns. Full training and ongoing development will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Writing engaging blog articles and website content on a variety of customer-focused topics

Assisting with content creation for social media and online community platforms

Monitoring online conversations and helping respond to customer queries in a professional and helpful manner

Supporting the planning and scheduling of digital content campaigns

Assisting with SEO-focused content updates and website optimisation projects

Using AI-assisted tools to support content research, ideas, and drafting

Helping maintain a consistent tone of voice across all online channels

Reviewing content performance and supporting basic reporting and analytics tasks

Supporting wider marketing and content projects as required

What We’re Looking For:

A recent graduate or someone with relevant internship or placement experience

Excellent written communication and attention to detail

Strong interest in content writing, social media, and digital marketing

Comfortable using social media platforms and online communities

Basic understanding of SEO and digital content trends would be beneficial

Confident using Microsoft Office and online content tools

Interest in AI tools and emerging digital technologies

Organised, proactive, and eager to learn

Able to manage multiple tasks within a busy team environment
